At The Well Designed, We specialize in both High-End Residential and Commercial Design. Our founder, Courtney garkani, has extensive experience in interior design, and has worked on a wide range of projects, from high-end residential properties to commercial and hospitality spaces. She has a keen eye for detail and is committed to creating spaces that reflect the personality and style of her clients. Our Design Approach

we are highly skilled in using CAD and Sketch Up, two of the most widely used software programs in the interior design industry. These tools allow us to create detailed floor plans, 3D renderings, and virtual walk-throughs of our designs, giving our clients a clear and comprehensive understanding of the final product.
